Because PatternVerse is designed as a fully on-device, procedural design utility, we believe in a "privacy-by-default" architecture. 1. 100% Offline Architecture & Data Collection PatternVerse is a professional-grade procedural geometric design studio that operates entirely offline. No Personal Information Collected: We do not collect, request, or harvest personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or age. No Device Data Harvested: We do not track or collect hardware identifiers, IP addresses, MAC addresses, IMEI numbers, or browser signatures. No Tracking Cookies or Identifiers: The App does not utilize cookies, web beacons, or tracking pixels of any kind.

On-Device Local Sandbox Storage All creative assets, custom configurations, and mathematical formulas you modify, bookmark, or construct inside PatternVerse are stored strictly in your physical device's local application sandbox storage. Your Data Stays Yours: None of your saved presets, custom visual parameters, or gallery compilations are uploaded to any external server or cloud environment. Deletion: If you uninstall the App, all locally stored configurations, preset libraries, and temporary files will be permanently deleted from your device by the operating system.
3. Third-Party Services & SDKs To ensure absolute digital sovereignty and performance, PatternVerse does not integrate any remote network services: No Advertising SDKs: The App contains zero ad networks (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.) and is free from target advertising tracking. No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use remote analytics packages (such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Flurry, or Mixpanel). Your design metrics and generation runtimes are calculated locally and never transmitted. No Cloud Storage Integration: All mathematical and physics equations are synthesized live using your device's native GPU and CPU, removing any reliance on remote processing.
4. Permissions Usage PatternVerse runs using minimal system permissions. The App does not request access to sensitive hardware components such as your: Location services Contacts or accounts Camera or microphone System files (outside of standard scoped storage required to save or export compiled vector images to your device's photo gallery, if triggered by you).
5. Children’s Privacy Our App does not collect any personal information, making it fully safe for children of all ages. PatternVerse complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines regarding minors.
